These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Ergoprise (the "Service"), available at https://blog.ergoprise.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

All content published on Ergoprise - including text, images, and code samples - is the property of Ergoprise or its contributors unless otherwise noted. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back to the source post. For longer republication or syndication, contact us first.

Code samples in Ergoprise posts are released under the MIT licence unless the post specifies otherwise. You may use them in your own projects without separate permission.

4. User submissions

When you send us a pitch, correction, or other content, you represent that it is your original work or that you have the right to share it. You grant Ergoprise a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content as needed to operate the Service and respond to you.

5. Third-party links

Ergoprise contains links to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ergoprise disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content will be accurate or current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ergoprise and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the equivalent in your local currency.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the registered address of the Ergoprise operator, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to subscribers. Continued use of Ergoprise after a change indicates acceptance.
