For warranty service, if you purchased your product from us and you received it within the past 30 days, please give us a call our email us with your issue. If you have owned your product longer than 30 days or purchased it from another dealer, please contact Humanscale directly at 800-400-0625. If you purchased your product used, the warranty is not transferable. Parts can be purchased directly from Humanscale at the above phone number.
Humanscale warrants their products as follows:

The product warranty is applicable to the original owner only and is not transferrable. Products purchase from non-authorized dealers may not be warranted. Note, warranty does not include coverage for normal wear and tear, caused by accident, neglect or misuse. Damage due to improper installation is not covered. Humanscale is not responsible for any damage due to service, maintenance, modifications or tampering by anyone other than an authorized Humanscale representative. In the event a product is defective, Humanscale, at its option, will either repair or replace the defective product. Damage caused by a carrier or due to transport is not covered.
Please contact Ergoprise within 14 days after receiving products for all returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Products that have been used will not be accepted. Customer will be responsible for shipping and handling. There will be a 5% fee if you cancel your order within 72 hours of the ship date.
